ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer)is located between top sheet and absorbent core,it's a sub-layer designed to improve fluid distribution in hygienic products.ADL have excellent hydrophilic properties and consequently can accelerate the absorption and distribution of fluid on Baby and Adult Diapers, Under Pads, Feminine Pads and others.

a.Raw Material:
ES fiber,it's a new superior composite fiber,composed of PP/PE or PE/PET,with skin-core fiber structure.
The skin part has low melting point and good softness,while the core part has high melting point and great strength.The skin part will meltdown as cohesive function after thermal treatment,and the others stay as fiber.
This structure insures a soft and high tensile strength fabric.

b.Advantages:
· Absorb and distribute liquid quickly,enables rapid fluid absorption to help minimize leaks during re-wet
· Soft and breathable,make your diaper fitting more comfortable
· Creates low-density void space between top sheet and absorbent core to keep the skin a good dryness feeling.
· Colors can be customized to white,blue,green,etc to make your diaper design more attrative
