1.Specification for Structural Glue

Composition	Resin and thermoplastic rubber
Appearance	Light yellow and transparent, solid
Brookfield Viscosity	9100 mPa.s at@200°C
	2850 mPa.s at@150°C
	1350 mPa.s at@170°C
	9100 mPa.s at@200°C
Softening point	Approx. 75°C
Application Instruction	1. Suggested operation temperature: 140°C-165°C.
	2. Application methods : slot.
	3. Substrates, release paper and application environment will affect its adhesion performance, so trial use is recommended.
	4. There should be no dust and oil on substrates and release paper.  Substrates should be well conditioned under standard temperature and humidity
Cleaning	Glue can be moved with wood shovel before it fully cools, then clean it with adhesive detergent. Applicators can be cleaned with mineral oil at 120ºC, then purge with hot melt.
Package	20 Kg/carton, 0.83 kg/cake, wrapped with fusible films
Storage	1 year in dry and cool environment below 35°C and far from fire, unexposed to the sunlight.

1) Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or  packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter

    of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
